11 Juniors Welcomed to the National Honor Society
On Monday, we inducted 11 juniors into the National Honor Society. To qualify for the National Honor Society, a student must have a high cumulative GPA and demonstrate an interest in service, pursuing leadership, and excellent character.

With 1.4 million members, the National Honor Society is one of the oldest, largest, and most widely recognized co-curricular student organizations in American high schools. The NHS offers support for college admission and financial aid to members. Since 1946, the NHS program has awarded 16,000-plus scholarships totaling more than $13 million to seniors who best reflect the values of NHS. The society also helps members to develop leadership skills while also emphasizing the importance of community service.
