The Warrensburg Central School District is located in Warren County in the town of Warrensburg. The district has two school buildings, one elementary school and one junior/senior high school, with enrollment in prekindergarten through grade 12. The Warrensburg Elementary School is located at 1 James St. in Warrensburg, New York. The Warrensburg Junior/Senior High School is located at 103 Schroon River Rd. in Warrensburg, New York. The school’s mascot is Burghermeister.
The district serves primarily the towns of Warrensburg and Thurman and sections of Lake George, Diamond Point, and Chestertown communities, and according to U.S. Census data, has an estimated population of 5,528 residents.
